As I mentioned the other day, I may have started a new series with the prompts for February and March.

It was a complete accident.

February’s prompt was Chicken, and here’s what I did.

I showed my partner Tom, because I show him all my art, and he said it looked like one of my little Domuns. A Domun is the name I gave to my dome-monsters – I even created a “how to draw a domun” page.

And, well Tom’s not wrong. I mean, look.

So when March’s prompt came around I kinda went with it.

And now I’m going to do a whole series. There will probably be nine of them, since all my art sets have nine – as you can see on my store.

And if you check out my recent Kawaii Solar System set you’ll see why. I couldn’t resist adding the sun and the moon to the nine planets – yes, Pluto is a planet. And although I don’t regret that, it is MUCH easier to make nice compilations with nine images.

So yeah, there will be a series of nine Domun-not-balloon-animaloonies. I’ll probably find a better name for them. Maybe.
