If you have a problem with your order, please get in touch.  I’m happy to discuss your issue with you in order to reach a satisfactory solution.

Disclaimer: All my items are handmade.  As such, there will be subtle variations from one piece to the next.  There may also be small flaws – if these aren’t satisfactory, please get in touch.

General Refunds Policy.

  1. If an item breaks within 30 days of receipt, I’ll attempt to replace it free of charge.
  2. No refund on digital or custom orders.
